American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele Float Pool night shift position requiring an active AL or compact RN license and prior specialty experience.

Work within the Acute Care Float Team in a hospital setting
-
Med/Surg Telemetry floating position covering multiple units
-
Night shift schedule
-
Uses Meditech EMR, though prior experience is not required
-
Floating required as part of the Acute Care Float Team
-
Active AL state or compact RN license required in hand at time of consideration
-
No pending or temporary licenses accepted

Minimum 2 years of RN experience with at least 1 year recent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry

No history of license actions, past or current, allowed

BLS certification required
-
Provide direct patient care to Med/Surg Telemetry patients as part of a hospital-wide float team
-
Local candidates accepted at the same pay rate with no mile radius restrictions

Required to complete an on-site cardiac exam in addition to an online pre-test

Virtual orientation includes competency-based training modules
