About Always Auto Recovery Always Auto Recovery is a professional vehicle repossession and collateral recovery company operating across multiple states (AZ, VA, GA, KY, TN, FL, TX). We are currently hiring for our Atlanta, GA location.
About the Role We are looking for a committed, self-sufficient Office & Lot Operations Coordinator to join our Atlanta team. This is a combined role — you will handle both office case management and lot/key operations. We want someone who takes initiative, solves problems independently, and gets things done without needing constant supervision. If you create solutions instead of problems, this job is for you.
Overtime Opportunity After completing your regular 9AM–5PM shift, you will have the option to go out on a camera car to search for and recover vehicles. Every recovery you make after hours earns overtime pay. This is a real opportunity for motivated individuals who want to maximize their earnings.
Responsibilities
- Manage and update all recovery cases in RDN, ClearPlan, and ClearData
- Cut and program keys for recovered vehicles; update all systems immediately
- Schedule and coordinate all debtor and transporter appointments
- Communicate the daily appointment schedule to the team
- Move vehicles within the storage lot and ensure appointment units are always accessible
- Photograph vehicles each morning and complete condition reports
- Remove and inventory personal property from recovered vehicles
- Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office and lot at all times
- Learn to operate the company tow truck within 60 days (training provided)
- After shift: operate camera car for vehicle recovery (overtime paid)
Compensation & Benefits
- $16.00/hr starting wage — paid weekly every Friday
- Overtime available after regular shift hours

Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Bilingual- English and Spanish
- Organized and detail-oriented — able to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Professional communication skills — phone, in-person, and written
- Available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Prior experience in vehicle repossession, towing, or auto industry is a plus — not required
