EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
This position independently performs a range of tasks related to maintaining building interiors and furnishings at IDS-Pueblo facility. Assignments may include keeping exterior walkways clear of debris and snow. Additionally assists with both fulfillment and document control projects.
A summary of the duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Custodial Services - Duties will include general, routine custodial duties, to include removing the trash from all offices, restrooms, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning windows, multi surface cleaning in the common area, cleaning and polishing all chrome surfaces, floors, as well as cleaning and restocking the bathrooms. Additional periodic cleaning of surfaces as needed.

Document Control and Storage - This position is responsible for assisting with document control and storage in the warehouse unit periodically. Duties include labeling document boxes, responding to pull requests, monitoring document retention dates, and eventually assisting with document destruction.

Fulfillment Projects - On occasion, responsible for inserting and processing mail manually. Keeps the supervisor informed of project status or problems. Monitor and prioritize all fulfillment orders. Fill orders, package them for shipment, then enter appropriate codes into databases for tracking and billing purposes. Apply correct FEDEX/UPS postage. Maintains and manages inventory of materials and stocked products, which include stock locations and profiles. Using Tracer plus and StoreFront applications inputs essential data on all the handled materials, while adhering to strict auditing procedures.

Record Keeping (Dovico)/Kronos - Follow all Rules and Regulations concerning attendance. Attendance is very critical during our Peak Season each year in this production environment. Record time worked on all projects for Billing and Attendance purposes (using the DOVICO System or other method as identified by IDS Management).
