As a Service Plumber, you'll provide expert plumbing services while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities include:
Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
Install and replace water heaters, fixtures, faucets, toilets, disposals, and other plumbing equipment
Repair leaks, replace piping, and complete plumbing system upgrades
Perform plumbing inspections and recommend long-term solutions
Prepare estimates and explain repair and replacement options to homeowners
Complete service documentation accurately using company technology
Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and office staff
Follow plumbing codes, company standards, and safety procedures
Assist in mentoring apprentice plumbers and supporting team development as needed
We're seeking experienced plumbing professionals who take pride in their work and enjoy helping customers solve plumbing problems.
Qualified candidates should have:
At least 2 years of residential plumbing service experience
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Experience repairing, maintaining, and installing residential plumbing systems
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
Ability to work independently while managing multiple service calls
Experience reading plumbing diagrams and system layouts is a plus
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Willingness to participate in overtime and on-call schedules as business needs require
A plumbing license is preferred but not required for candidates with strong residential service experience.
