We're looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter/Journeyman who can take ownership of projects, work independently, and help lead the next generation of craftsmen. This isn't a high volume production environment. We focus on residential remodels, additions, decks, and custom home projects where quality matters and attention to detail makes all the difference.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead day to day carpentry work on residential remodels, additions, decks, and custom home projects
- Perform layout, framing, finish carpentry, trim, doors, windows, siding, and general carpentry
- Read and interpret blueprints while executing projects with precision
- Coordinate daily jobsite activities and maintain a high standard of workmanship
- Mentor and guide an apprentice while promoting safe and efficient work practices
- Communicate with me throughout projects to ensure quality, timelines, and customer expectations are being met
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
- Solve problems in the field and keep projects moving forward
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of professional residential carpentry experience
- Strong background in remodeling, framing, custom homes, or residential construction
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience leading projects and mentoring others
- Ability to read blueprints and execute work accurately
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your craftsmanship
- Reliable transportation
- High personal standards, integrity, and a strong work ethic

Compensation & Benefits
- $38–$45/hour based on experience and capability
- Full time Monday–Friday schedule
- Consistent year round work
