What You’ll Do
- Assist a Lead Glazier with measurements, installs, and finishing work.
- Learn to measure, cut, and fit glass with precision; every detail matters.
- Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized.
- Develop your skills toward independent work in 6–12 months.
- Communicate clearly with teammates and project leads.
Preferred Qualifications
- Some construction or related trade experience (preferred, not required).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Familiarity with hand/power tools; carpentry knowledge a plus.
- Able to lift 75 lbs regularly; physically fit for daily labor.
- Drug-free (mandatory).
