TheBest Claims Solutions is currently looking to add a Senior Commercial General Liability and Construction Defect Adjuster to our Team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years Construction Defect experience, preferably handling complex New York Labor Law and/or Construction related claims from inception through settlement.
Required Qualifications:-
10+ years of Commercial General Liability claims handling experience

5+ years of Construction Defect experience, preferably handling New York Labor Law, General Contractor and Sub-Contractor claims

Ability to determine coverage, write correspondence (declination of coverage, reservation of rights, etc.)

Excellent Client and Litigation management skills required

Ability to oversee and manage defense counsel

Must have NY Adjuster License
Preferred Qualifications:-
College degree or equivalent work experience

Multiple Adjuster Licenses
