- Manage all phases of data center construction projects from preconstruction through turnover and commissioning
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cost controls
- Coordinate with owners, developers, design teams, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors
- Lead project planning, procurement, contract administration, and risk management efforts
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Monitor project performance and proactively address budget, schedule, and quality concerns
- Partner closely with Superintendents and field teams to ensure successful project execution
- Facilitate project meetings and maintain strong communication with all stakeholders
- Oversee financial reporting, forecasting, and project controls
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, safety standards, and quality expectations
