Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to current and prospective tenants
- Greet customers, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries
- Assist customers with rentals, payments, move-ins, and move-outs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
- Conduct regular property inspections and help ensure the facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained
- Address routine operational issues and coordinate with vendors or management when needed
- Perform light maintenance tasks and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds
- Accurately maintain records and utilize computer software for daily operations
- Follow company policies and procedures while working independently
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning new software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation and a dependable work ethic
- Previous customer service, retail, property management, or self-storage experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to perform light physical tasks, including occasional lifting and walking the property daily
Schedule Requirements
- Weekend availability is required
- Work scheduled business hours and assist with occasional operational needs

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
