Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.
- Use schematics and blueprints to ensure that HVAC systems are installed correctly.
- Utilize a variety of tools and specialized equipment.
- Interpret electrical diagrams and wiring schematics.
- Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with others to complete complex HVAC installations.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest HVAC technologies and industry developments.
Skills:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience with HVAC/R systems.
- Ability to drive a van and transport equipment to job sites.
- Experience with plumbing systems and the ability to plumb HVAC systems.
- Familiarity with HVAC/R schematics and blueprints.
- Experience with HVAC/R troubleshooting and repair.
- Ability to use specialized tools.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of local and national HVAC/R codes and regulations.
