Physicians at Home is expanding, and we’re looking for 2–3 compassionate Nurse Practitioners (NPs) or Physician Assistants (PAs) to join our growing team!

At Physicians at Home, we believe healthcare is most effective when it’s delivered where patients are most comfortable—in their own homes. Our providers care for some of Oklahoma’s most vulnerable patients by combining in-home visits with telehealth services, helping improve access, quality of care, and patient outcomes.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive compensation based on:
Patient load
Quality of patient care
Timely completion and closing of patient charts
Mileage reimbursement for all in-home visits when using your personal vehicle.
Qualifications
Current Oklahoma Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license required.
Experience in Geriatrics, Family Practice, Telehealth, or Home Health is preferred but not required. We welcome compassionate providers who are eager to make a difference.
