Gokoh Coldwater Incorporated (aka GCI) is a leading tier two parts supplier for the automotive industry. We manufacture sand cores for castings of brake rotors.
We are currently seeking a skilled Human Resources Administrator who is passionate about recruiting, supporting, and developing talent through our company policies and managing procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:
Support all Human Resource Department initiatives, policies, procedures, and systems.
- Hiring through Indeed and Temp Agencies.
- Receiving new hired people and orientation.
- Process payroll.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Administrative duties, including upkeep of employee records.
- Compliance with all policies and legal requirements
- Perceptive nature, careful monitoring of working conditions to ensure legal compliance
- Composure and confidentiality required to handle disciplinary and grievance issues
- Understanding of Insurance, 401k and Worker's Compensation
Regular Working Hour: 4x10s 5:30am-4:30pm w/1-Hr Lunch Break (10Hrs/Day Monday through Thursday)
