Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Housekeeper/Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms, common areas, and dining spaces in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Greet guests warmly, take food and beverage orders accurately, and serve with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Process cash transactions efficiently using POS systems, including handling payments, processing sales transactions, and giving correct change
- Assist with food preparation, beverage service, bussing tables, and ensuring timely delivery of orders in both dining room and bar settings
- Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues professionally, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness in all service areas, including kitchen stations if applicable, adhering to food handling and sanitation protocols
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles such as server or housekeeper with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or cleaning duties efficiently during busy hours
- Ability to process cash transactions accurately while maintaining attention to detail in sales and billing procedures
- Basic math skills for handling cash flow and sales calculations; understanding of food safety standards is necessary
- Excellent communication skills coupled with a friendly attitude; ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
