The Landscape Tree Care Crew Leader will play a key role in leading crews, ensuring safe and efficient operations, and delivering exceptional results for clients who value well-maintained landscapes and healthy trees.

Lead and motivate a crew of landscapers and arborists to achieve high-quality results on every project

Operate and supervise the use of landscaping and tree care equipment, including chainsaws and skid steers

Oversee daily job site operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to company standards

Communicate with clients on-site to provide updates, address questions, and ensure satisfaction

Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment to ensure safety and productivity

Enforce safety procedures in compliance with OSHA and company policies

2+ years of experience leading landscaping or tree care crews

Strong knowledge of tree care practices, landscape design principles, and equipment operation

Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus)

ISA Certification or other relevant credentials are a plus, but not required
