Job Description
Visa is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition Program Management to be a member of the Early Careers Programs team. This individual will be responsible for leading and driving best-in-class program management for Visa’s Early Careers technology college hire programs and initiatives, inclusive of Visa’s Technology Associate Program and Visa’s Technology Apprenticeship Program. The role will also provide support to Visa’s Internship program as needed. This is a unique opportunity to aid Visa in optimizing and upskilling Technology hires across the globe. You will manage a program that touches 1000+ hires per annum, across three regions; North America, Europe and Asia Pacific.
This will include:
Design and delivery of programmatic assets to support the development of college hires, apprentices and interns in Visa’s Technology function
Socializing Development program brand internally to achieve buy in from stakeholders
Day to day relationship management with global programs teams in Asia Pacific and Europe
Design and execute college hire onboarding program
Design and execute strategy to upskill managers in developing Early Career talent
Manage program budget
Delivery of regular manager and participant check-ins
Pastoral support for college hire cohort and managers
Creating and monitoring KPIs for program success including surveys and performance data analysis
Assessment and evaluation of program performance
Essential Functions
Manage Visa’s Technology Associate Program for New College Hires
Serves as a PM leader working with key stakeholders across Talent Acquisition to design, build, and execution of innovative and strategic programs, ensuring consistency on a global scale
Initiate and manage project plans related to short and long-term program TA strategies
Drive project execution by working with team and stakeholders by providing key communications and holding project teams accountable to timelines and deliverables
Develop overall program and project scope, timing, risks, and progress
Leading team on effective implementation of project management methodologies, processes, and tools
Consistently analyze data and research to identify root causes and areas to optimize work, establish operational efficiencies
Lead in the design of programs to enable the organization’s ability to recruit and hire, focusing on key user groups
Cross-collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to, Global Early Careers TA team, People Team, business leaders, and recruitment vendors
Build, analyze, maintain, and distribute Talent Acquisition data analytics to stakeholder regarding performance indicators/trends to impact TA results and strategic objectives
Be a thought partner to team in developing and maximizing global programs
Utilize data to define problems, ideate solutions, and implement solutions
Budget management, as appropriate
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
6+ years of Program Management experience
Experience leading a team within a remote and or hybrid work environment
Project metric tracking and report creation
Utilizing and driving leading Talent Acquisition/Program Management best practices
Experience developing, building, documenting, and maintaining processes and policies
Consultative approach with ability to demonstrate positive relationship building with various partners
Deep experience developing reporting and metrics and interpreting data for insights on business processes
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentational communication skills, and experience handling confidential information
Proven track record of building and executing multiple programs
Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Windows, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
Highly organized with attention to detail
Experience in maturing programmatic SOPs
Strong relationship building and influencing skills
Leadership presence and credibility to interact with all levels of employees and stakeholders, including senior leaders
Practical experience applying change management principles at global scale
Strong data-analysis, problem-solving, and agile process improvement skills

The estimated salary range for this position is $116,300.00 to $ 186,000.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
