We are a commission-based salon looking for a talented, motivated, and polished hairstylist to join our luxury salon team. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional luxury hair services including cutting, styling, blowouts, coloring, highlights, balayage, lowlights, toning, treatments, extensions*, and keratin treatments*
- Create customized looks that reflect each client's individual style while maintaining the salon's high standards of quality and sophistication.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships through outstanding service, communication, consistency, and attention to detail.
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance and represent the salon's luxury image at all times.
- Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled appointments and manage time effectively to provide a seamless guest experience.
- Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude and contribute to a culture where everyone feels supported and valued.
- Take ownership of your professional development, client retention, productivity, and continued growth within the salon.
What We’re Looking For
- A licensed cosmetologist/hairstylist
- Previous salon experience preferred; motivated stylists with strong technical foundations are encouraged to apply.
- Strong technical skills in cutting, styling, coloring, and/or specialty services.
- Excellent consultation and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for making clients look and feel their best.
- Professional, polished, and well-groomed presentation.
- Dependability, punctuality, accountability, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to build and maintain a loyal clientele.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
