Duties

- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and social media channels.
- Oversee website management using WordPress, ensuring content is fresh, SEO-optimized, and user-friendly.
- Utilize SEO tools and conduct keyword research to improve organic search rankings and increase web traffic.
- Create engaging content for various platforms including blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, and landing pages.
- Implement conversion optimization techniques to enhance lead generation and customer acquisition efforts.
- Analyze web analytics reports using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tools to measure campaign performance and inform future strategies.
- Coordinate with design teams to produce visually appealing graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for digital campaigns.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Set up and manage digital marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and streamline communication processes.
- Monitor industry trends in digital marketing, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), paid search marketing, and e-commerce to stay ahead of the competition.
Skills
- Proficiency with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google AdWords (now Google Ads), SEM strategies, and web analytics reporting.
- Strong technical skills including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress.
- Experience with paid advertising campaign management on platforms like Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Expertise in content creation, copywriting, graphic design, and social media management to craft compelling narratives across channels.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and techniques for campaign setup, email marketing, and performance tracking.
- Ability to analyze data using marketing analytics tools to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices within B2B (business-to-business) environments and e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with website management including website updates, performance optimization, and technical troubleshooting.
- Creative problem-solving skills combined with a strategic mindset to develop innovative marketing solutions that drive results.
