Production Assembler (2nd Shift) – Monday to Thursday (3:30 PM – 2:00 AM)

Quality Tool, an ISO9001:2015 certified contract manufacturer providing metal components to Fortune 500 companies, is seeking a reliable, motivated, and team-oriented Production Assembler for our 2nd shift in the Assembly area.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble brackets and press clinch nuts using a Haeger machine.
- Perform part-marking, labeling, date coding, and boxing of metal components.
- Maintain good attendance and punctuality; be willing to work overtime as needed.
- Ensure all work meets Company ISO9001:2015 standards and Quality requirements.
- Understand and promote the company’s mission, values, and quality policy.
Desired Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Able to work independently, with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills; able to work independently as well
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Good hand dexterity and proficiency with hand tools
- Excellent communication skills
Desired Qualifications:
- 1+ year experience in a metal manufacturing environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
