Budget Blinds of Boone County is a locally owned franchise business that specializes in the sale and installation of custom window treatments, closets, and garage cabinetry and flooring. The business has been operating in this territory for more than fifteen years and is looking to expand its team with an Office Manager.
Office Manager Job Responsibilities:
- Answers phones, emails, and texts, schedules and confirms appointments, and inputs customer data into company systems
- Organizes workflow and appointment by reading and routing correspondence, collecting customer information, and managing assignments
- Manages sales and installation teams’ schedules by maintaining calendars for personnel and arranging consultations and installation appointments
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by developing deep product knowledge
- Maintains physical presence in the operations center during normal business hours
- Assists with ad hoc administrative requests from sales and installation teams
Work Hours:
- 8:30am - 5pm Monday - Friday
Qualifications / Skills:
- Scheduling experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Friendly demeanor (client-facing role)
- Ability to multitask and respond to all customer correspondence via phone, email, and text
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic computer skills
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- University / college degree is an asset
- Previous scheduling / reception experience preferred
Compensation:
- $20 an hour
- Monthly healthcare stipend
