Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Bug Freedom Pest Control – Temecula, CA
Pay: $20 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Bug Freedom Pest Control is a fast-growing, veteran-owned pest control company looking for a motivated and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team.
This is more than an “answer the phone” position. You will help create an outstanding customer experience by responding quickly, communicating clearly, scheduling services, following up with leads, and helping customers find the right ongoing protection for their homes.
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls, texts, and customer questions
- Respond quickly to new leads and service requests
- Schedule and confirm customer appointments
- Communicate schedule updates and technician arrival times
- Follow up with estimates, missed calls, and unsold leads
- Explain our pest-control plans, pricing, and promotions
- Help retain customers who are considering canceling
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Keep customer accounts and notes accurate and organized
- Communicate closely with technicians and management
- Ask customers for reviews and referrals when appropriate
- Help every customer feel valued and taken care of

Who We’re Looking For
- Friendly, confident, and professional on the phone
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable discussing pricing and asking for the appointment
- Able to handle objections and difficult conversations calmly
- Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable using computers, texting platforms, and scheduling software
- Willing to learn about pest control services and treatments
- Customer service, call-center, scheduling, or sales experience is preferred
Compensation
- $20 per hour
- 40 hours per week
