General Summary:

Coil Builder is responsible for building the coils according to blueprint to suppl the next manufacturing process.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
-
Inspect the quality of the coil by checking hairpins, fins, overall aesthetics of the coil, and cleaning an excess oil

Cut copper tubes and flare the ends in prep for circuiting using return bends

Per the blueprint, circuit coil
-
Ensure quality of the coil for the next process
Job Qualifications:

Detail-oriented

Work independently

Blueprint reading skills

The ability to understand and convert decimals and fractions

Good communication skills
Physical Requirements for the job

Ability to move at least 50lbs
-
Ability to stand and use hand tools 8-10hrs per day
-
Pushing/pulling copper tubing 8-10hrs a day
-
Wear the necessary PPE for the position
