Job Summary
Immediate opening for full-time Occupancy Specialist at an income-based non-profit apartment complex for older adults and people with disabilities in Midland, MI.
- Conduct tours, process applications, and finalize lease agreements.
- Verify income, assets, and medical expenses.
- Generate rent, utility allowance, and security deposit calculations.
- Preferred: prior leasing experience with HUD and/or MSHDA programs.
- Preferred: working knowledge of RealPage Onesite or comparable property management software.
- Must have Occupancy Specialist Certification or be able to obtain one within 1 year.
- Position requires strong interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution, and a solid grasp of mathematical skills related to leasing.
- Reliable transportation required.
