What You'll Do
- Lead daily operations and long-term strategy for the branch, ensuring exceptional patient care and strong team performance
- Own branch financial performance: budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and oversight of billing and reimbursement
- Ensure compliance with state and federal hospice regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid; lead surveys, audits, and corrective action plans
- Recruit, hire, coach, and evaluate staff across disciplines; supervise clinical manager(s)
- Drive census growth through business development and relationships with referral sources, physicians, and community partners
What You'll Need
- 3+ years of hospice or healthcare leadership experience (required); 5+ years of hospice experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration (required); Master's a plus
- Working knowledge of hospice regulations, Medicare Hospice Certification, and Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement
- Demonstrated success in financial management and business development
- Valid driver's license with reliable, insured transportation
- RN or other clinical licensure a plus

Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
