Job Description:
The Faculty Support Coordinator reports to the Chair of the Psychology and Counseling Department and collaborates with the Department of Psychology and Counseling faculty and staff from the undergraduate, Master's, and Doctoral programs.
Responsibilities:
- This position includes working with the Undergraduate, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Doctor of Psychology, and Ph.D. Program Directors in supporting their programmatic needs (e.g., scheduling meetings, creating and maintaining forms, collecting and collating data, etc.).

Supporting the Department Chair and faculty as needed

Replying to student emails

Scheduling department/program meetings

Reviewing and requesting updates for the programs' webpage

Serving as first point of contact to visitors and directing them to appropriate areas

Answering phone and other inquiries, supporting the Graduate Assistants

Performing additional tasks as assigned
