Overview

Responsibilities
- Manage menu planning, food preparation, and presentation to create an exceptional dining experience for guests..
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative team environment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness in all food handling processes.
- Coordinate catering services for events, including banquet preparation and execution.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement in kitchen operations.
Experience
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food service or hospitality industry.
- Strong background in culinary arts with hands-on experience in cooking, food preparation, and kitchen management.
- Familiarity with inventory control systems and practices related to food production.
- Experience in menu planning and execution within fine dining or catering environments is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively while fostering a positive work culture.
- Knowledge of dietary department operations is a plus, along with banquet experience in high-volume settings.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and staff alike.
