Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable, flexible team member to support our kitchen and delivery operations. This role primarily works consistent morning shifts and helps provide coverage during staff vacations and call-offs.
Schedule:
- Approximately 5 days per week

Start and end times are flexible and will be determined based on operational needs
– Typical shifts are in the morning and early afternoon
- Occasional schedule changes for coverage needs only:
- As early as 6:00 AM start time
- As late as 1:00 PM end time
- During staff vacations, this role may temporarily increase to Monday–Friday hours for coverage
- Extended or additional hours occur only as needed for vacations or call-offs
Responsibilities:
- Portioning and weighing food into pans
- Assembling sandwiches and completing basic meal prep
- Assisting with kitchen production as needed
- Completing delivery routes to local childcare centers
- Loading and unloading food items for delivery
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required for deliveries)
- Ability to pass a background check (required for working with childcare centers)
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift, carry, and transport food items
- Ability to stand for extended periods and navigate stairs during deliveries
- Dependable with strong attendance and willingness to be flexible when needed

Notes:
This is a physically active role that involves standing, lifting, and navigating stairs during deliveries. Stocking supply shelves and at times will operate the ovens to help during meal prep and packaging.
