As a Registered Nurse you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and ensuring positive outcomes. You will make home health visits to clients in DC. Utilizing your medical expertise to deliver compassionate and comprehensive nursing care. Assessing patient conditions and developing care plans, administering medications and treatments, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Choose your own schedule. Make monthly visits to your assigned case load to ensure that they are safe and healthy in their home environment.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) DC licensure
- Excellent clinical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in home healthcare is preferred
- Understanding of Medicaid & Medicare regulations and documentation requirements a plus
Pay: $90.00 - $100.00 per hour
