As a TEMSCO Front Desk Agent, you will handle tour bookings through initial inquiries to completion via FareHarbor, our booking software. You will also assist in day-to-day base operations with independent bookings. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Providing excellent customer service over the phone and email
- Answering travel agents’ and potential guests’ questions and availability inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Creating and maintaining daily paperwork: which includes checking guests in, collecting payment, and providing the dispatch team with accurate end-of-day guest totals
- Assisting expeditors in creating and maintaining their daily driving schedule
