Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring freshness and presentation.
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing customer orders, sales transactions, and cash handling with accuracy.
- Manage customer orders efficiently, upselling menu items to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace by bussing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and adhering to food safety protocols.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely, including fryers, grills, and food prep tools, following all safety guidelines.
- Handle cash register operations accurately during retail sales transactions and process cash transactions with precision.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards by practicing proper food handling, sanitation, and storage procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous food service experience or quick service & fast food restaurant background preferred but not required; training provided.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling experience is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash register operations and retail math calculations.
- Experience in food preparation, serving, bussing, sanitation, or kitchen operations is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly attitude and effective communication abilities.
- Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment safely and adhering to food safety regulations is essential.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
