Dynasty Fab LLC is seeking a dependable and experienced Small CNC Mill Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for setting up and operating CNC milling machines to produce quality parts according to drawings, specifications, and production requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate small CNC milling machines
- Read and understand blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Load programs, tools, fixtures, and raw materials
- Perform tool changes and adjust machine offsets
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other measuring equipment
- Verify that parts meet dimensional and quality requirements
- Monitor machines during operation and make necessary adjustments
- Identify and report machining, tooling, or quality concerns
- Complete required production and inspection documentation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3–4 years of CNC mill operating experience
- CNC mill setup experience is strongly preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and understand basic GD&T
- Familiarity with common inspection tools
- Understanding of cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and machine offsets
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Dependable with consistent attendance
- Willingness to assist with other shop duties when needed
