Responsibilities:
- Unload and assemble trailers and truck beds
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot
- Retrieve trailers and truck beds for customers when purchased
- Complete a "make ready" for a sold unit
- Deliver the trailer to the customer detailing maintenance and features of the trailer
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the interaction
- Assist with other duties as assigned
- Help stage jobs for technicians throughout the day
Skills:
- Strong guest services skills to provide a positive experience for customers
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Familiarity with dealership operations and procedures is a plus
- Ability to drive a forklift required
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required
