Ever watch a room full of children light up the second the music starts? That's the job. WEBBY Dance Company brings dance, gymnastics and other various enrichment activities to daycares, schools, and community centers across Northeast Ohio, and we're looking for an instructor who genuinely loves being around little kids and isn't afraid to be silly, energetic, and move for 30 minutes at a time. If you love kids and love to move, we'd love to meet you.
Schedule & Travel
This is a part-time role with schedules varying for your availability. You'll travel to different locations across your area in Northeast Ohio — sometimes teaching at two or three different sites in the same day. Drive times can be up to 35-40 minutes, so a reliable car and comfort navigating the city are a must.
Pay: starting at $18 per class (classes typically run 30-45 minutes)
What you'll do as a WEBBY Instructor:
- Review curriculum and lesson plans before class (no choreography creation required, it's provided)
- Teach high-energy but structured classes following WEBBY Dance curriculum
- Arrive on time to classes in proper attire to teach
- Build positive relationships with students and school staff
- Communicate regularly with the Franchise Owner, office staff and fellow instructors about class/student updates
- Help grow class enrollment by partnering with school directors
What we're looking for in a WEBBY Instructor:
- A genuine love for working with young children (ages 2-8)
- High energy, self-motivated, positive attitude
- Comfortable driving daily
- Current driver's license and reliable access to a car
- Willing to complete a background check
- Performance background a plus (dance, theatre, cheer, etc.) — but not required if you bring the right energy
- Must be 18 Years or Older with a High School Diploma
