We’re currently looking for a Jr. Scheduling Coordinator to join our fast-paced corporate team in Irvine, CA. What You’ll Do
- Split your time evenly between inbound/outbound calls and computer-based scheduling via our CRM (Zenople).
- Accurately process staffing requests, match candidates to orders, and input data in real time.
- Communicate with temporary employees to pitch available assignments and set them up for success.
- Respond to urgent client needs (e.g., employee callouts) with confidence and professionalism.
- Collaborate with other departments and team members across our 15-person Scheduling department.
- Track order progress, coach temporary employees as needed, and provide timely status updates to clients and regional managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records to support smooth operations.
- Manage a steady stream of inbound calls in a busy, high-demand office environment.
- Support the Scheduling Manager with special projects and general administrative support.
What We’re Looking For
- Background in fast-paced customer service, sales, dispatch, or administrative roles.
- Strong computer and typing skills; experience with CRM systems is a plus (especially Zenople).
- Excellent grammar, written communication, and client-facing phone etiquette.
- Natural ability to “sell” roles to candidates and upsell talent solutions to clients.
- Bilingual skills are highly helpful given our diverse talent base.
- Weekend availability is required (2–4 shifts/month).
- Must be organized, responsive, and able to juggle many competing priorities at once.
- Enthusiastic about client service, problem solving, and supporting team success.
- Interest in growing into recruiting, business development, or regional support.
