Summary:
This position reports to Sr. Director, Engine Product Line. The Product Line Manager is responsible for supporting the engine product line life cycle, including purchase analysis, teardown support, inventory review, repair coordination, pricing maintenance, supplier engagement, and reporting. This position helps ensure engine material is properly evaluated, sourced, documented, repaired, priced, and positioned to support WASI commercial operations.
Responsibilities:

Support the Sr. Director, Engine Product Line with aircraft engine Used Serviceable Material (USM) product line activities, including data analysis, inventory review, repair planning, and pricing support.

Assist with developing and maintaining teardown and monetization models for current generation turbofan engines, including CFM Family, CF6 Family, V2500, PW2000/4000, GE90, and other applicable engine platforms.

Gather and maintain data related to installed parts lists, SB/AD status, LLP status and cycles remaining, repair estimates, scrap rates, and expected sales price.

Work with Records, Operations, Repair Management, and Sales teams to help ensure engine material is properly documented, inducted, repaired, priced, and made available for sale.

Assist with cost allocation and material entry support for engine teardowns in Quantum Control.

Monitor inventory performance, quote activity, demand trends, sales conversion rates, repair status, and aging stock to identify opportunities for improved product line performance.

Support the prioritization of material induction and repairs based on market demand.

Maintain supplier pricing and market intelligence to support accurate inventory valuation, sourcing decisions, and sales pricing recommendations.

Search the marketplace for desirable inventory and material opportunities that support customer requirements.

Develop and maintain professional relationships with suppliers to support sourcing opportunities, market intelligence, and reciprocal business opportunities.

Identify opportunities for piece part sales, repair candidates, surplus material, or other inventory opportunities and communicate them to the appropriate WASI representatives.

Ensure compliance with applicable KYC process requirements prior to execution of new purchasing activity.

Support document execution processes with relevant customers, suppliers, and WASI signatories as required.

Handle proprietary, confidential, or market-sensitive company information with appropriate discretion both internally and externally.

Attend and participate in relevant internal company meetings as required.
Qualifications / Requirements:

1-3 years of experience preferred in aviation materials, engine product line support, asset management, purchasing, repair management, sales support, or a related aviation aftermarket role.

Working knowledge of aircraft engine material, Used Serviceable Material (USM), Illustrated Parts Catalogs (IPC), and aviation industry requirements preferred.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; working knowledge of Quantum Control preferred.

Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly with internal teams, suppliers, and customers by phone, email, and in meetings.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Associate degree or equivalent experience required; bachelor’s degree in business, aviation, supply chain, or a related field preferred.

Bilingual skills a plus

Occasional travel may be required for supplier visits, customer meetings, conferences, or other business needs.
