We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. This flexible opportunity is ideal for a licensed PTA looking to provide hands-on care while helping residents improve mobility and functional independence.
What You'll Do

Provide treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist

Assist residents with strength, balance, gait, transfers, and mobility

Carry out individualized treatment plans based on resident goals

Monitor progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT

Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
Qualifications

Active Wisconsin PTA license required

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred
