Job Summary
Riva Motorsports and Marine of the Keys is looking for a Motorsports and Marine Service Writer to join our team. We are an industry leading Motorsports, PWC, and Boat dealer in Key Largo. The Motorsports and Marine Service Writer will work face to face and over the phone with customers and will report to the Service Manager and General Manager. This position offers competitive pay and excellent benefits.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide customers with quotes for service needs
- Verifying warranty coverage
- Estimate prices for customers
- Draft and provide invoices to customers for service needed
- Work with customers regarding service repairs and options
- Work hand in hand with service manager and service technicians to handle repair work.
- Work closely with Parts and Sales Departments
Qualifications and Skills
Marine / Outboard / Motorsports service experience is a plus but not necessary
Must have previous customer service experience
Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus but not necessary
Must have good organizational skills
Must have good understanding of Windows, Excel and be able to learn proprietary systems.
Must have good communication and problem solving skills
Be able to multitask in a fast moving environment
Good understanding of mechanical/technical aspects of Marine / Outboard / Motorsports products

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
