What You'll Do
- Provide individualized physical therapy services to students in school settings
- Conduct evaluations and assess students' mobility, balance, and gross motor skills
- Develop and implement treatment plans and interventions aligned with student needs
- Recommend strategies and accommodations that support classroom participation
- Help students improve strength, coordination, range of motion, and functional mobility
- Train and support students in the use of assistive devices, including wheelchairs, walkers, and canes
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Master's or doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
- Current California Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Knowledge of physical therapy assessment and treatment practices
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- School-based or pediatric physical therapy experience is a plus but not required
- APTA Pediatric Clinical Specialist certification preferred
