Villa Springfield Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a friendly, dependable Part-Time Dietary Assistant to join our team.

Prepare dining areas and meal trays for evening service
Serve meals and beverages according to residents’ dietary needs
Deliver and collect meal trays
Assist with washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Clean and sanitize dining and food-preparation areas
Stock supplies and help maintain an organized kitchen
Follow food-safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures
Provide friendly and respectful service to residents
Work collaboratively with the dietary and nursing teams
Dependable, punctual, and able to work from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Friendly and compassionate attitude
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to follow instructions and dietary guidelines carefully
Ability to stand for extended periods and meet the physical requirements of the position
Previous food-service or healthcare experience is helpful but not required
