Shift Lead / Assistant Store Manager in Training
Club 7even — Venice Beach, California
Opening August 2026
About Club 7even
Club 7even is a new day-to-night hospitality concept launching in Venice Beach in August 2026.
During the day, Club 7even operates as a specialty coffee shop serving thoughtfully crafted coffee, matcha, tea, pastries, and breakfast dishes. In the evening, the space transforms into a non-alcoholic wine and mocktail bar offering elevated zero-proof beverages alongside a coastal Latin and Mediterranean-inspired food menu.
We are creating Venice’s neighborhood all-day café—a place where guests can begin their mornings, meet throughout the afternoon, and reconnect in the evening.
We do not simply serve drinks and food; we create memorable moments that make someone’s day. Every guest experience is built around genuine hospitality, creativity, quality, and care.
About You
A Club 7even Shift Lead embodies our four core values: Hospitality, Innovation, Inclusion, and Integrity.
Hospitality
We believe exceptional hospitality begins the moment a guest walks through the door. Our leaders set the tone for the entire shift by ensuring every guest receives warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and memorable service.
We approach every interaction with a make-your-day attitude.
Innovation
Innovation is rooted in progress, creativity, and continuous improvement. Our leaders are encouraged to contribute new ideas, identify operational improvements, solve problems thoughtfully, and help elevate the guest and team experience.
Inclusion
We are committed to creating an environment where guests and team members from all backgrounds feel welcomed, respected, and valued. Our leaders encourage collaboration, listen to different perspectives, and help create equitable opportunities for growth.
Integrity
We value professionalism, honesty, accountability, and doing things the right way. Our leaders take ownership of their responsibilities, communicate transparently, and set a strong example for the rest of the team.
If these values sound like you, we would love to meet you.
