Seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to support a growing accounting department with a primary focus on Accounts Payable. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working onsite in a business casual office setting. This is a perm (direct hire) opportunity with a friendly team.
Key Responsibilities-
Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently

Match invoices to packing slips and supporting documentation

Code non-PO invoices and ensure timely processing

Communicate with vendors and customers via phone and email

Review vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly

Troubleshoot and research payment-related issues

Assist with additional accounting and administrative duties as needed
Qualifications-
Previous Accounts Payable experience required

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and handle routine responsibilities with minimal supervision

Dependable, conscientious, and highly detail-oriented
-
Positive attitude and willingness to contribute as a team member

Ability and willingness to learn new software and processes
Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $52,000.00 per year
