Join Richmond Post Acute, a leading provider of short-term and long-term skilled rehabilitation, in Richmond, VA, as a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated nurse leader to join our team.
About the Role
As a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting nurses and nurse aides on the unit, participating in daily clinical meetings, implementing and interpreting organizational policies, and ensuring accurate and timely documentation. You will also participate in interdisciplinary care plan meetings, address resident and family questions or concerns, and support quality improvement and compliance initiatives.

- Supervise and support nurses and nurse aides on the unit

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience
- Previous Supervisor experience
