What You'll Be Doing
- Cooking steaks, seafood, pasta, and specialty dishes to perfection.
- Keeping your station stocked, clean, and organized (because nobody likes playing "Where's the tongs?")
- Communicating with the kitchen team without throwing anything.
- Maintaining quality and consistency on every plate.
- Following food safety and sanitation standards.
- Helping prep and close down your station like a professional.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has previous sauté line experience.
- Works well under pressure without having a full-blown mental crisis.
- Understands that "behind," "corner," and "hot!" are complete sentences.
- Takes pride in every dish that leaves the kitchen.
- Shows up on time, ready to work, every scheduled shift.
- Can laugh, hustle, and still plate beautifully during a dinner rush.
