We are excited to announce that Mia’s Corner is growing! We are looking for a passionate, customer-focused, and energetic Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our Fox Valley Mall location.
If you love curated fashion, unique boutique finds, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, we would love to meet you.
-About the Role:
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of Mia's Collection. You will play a key role in welcoming customers, helping them discover our unique mix of apparel and retail treasures, and maintaining a beautifully curated shopping environment.
-Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Welcome visitors with a warm, friendly attitude and assist them with styling and product selection.
- Store Presentation: Help maintain our boutique’s aesthetic by merchandising, restocking items, and keeping the floor organized.
- Point of Sale: Securely process transactions and handle cash and card payments with accuracy.
- Product Knowledge: Learn the stories behind our curated collections to share them enthusiastically with our guests.
- Required Availability & Schedule:
- We are looking for someone who can commit to a consistent, flexible schedule during our busiest hours:
- Monday through Friday: Mornings ( 10am to 4pm )
- availability.Weekends (Saturday & Sunday): All-day availability.- Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but a great attitude and eagerness to learn are must-haves!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A reliable team player who takes initiative.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
