We are seeking a full-time clinical assistant for providers in a medical practice specializing in ADHD. We are looking for someone who is good at multi-tasking, eager to learn, and enjoys interacting with patients and parents in a busy environment. Requirements:
High school diploma
Certification as a medical or nursing assistant or degree in nursing preferred
Computer proficient
Experience with electronic medical records preferred
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strict regard for patient privacy
Responsibilities:
Administering computerized testing for motion and attention
Scoring rating forms
Entering data in EHR
Clinical phone calls and messages with documentation in EHR
Obtaining Prior Authorizations
Assisting patients with referrals to other specialists
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $16.00 per hour
