JDR Painting Services, Inc. is looking for an Operations Coordinator / Integrator to help build and organize the next phase of our company growth.
This is not a typical office position and this is not a painting position.
We are looking for someone who can help turn ideas into systems, improve accountability, organize operations, and help build the infrastructure required for long-term growth.
JDR is actively developing:
- An internal apprenticeship/training program
- Division-based leadership structure
- Operational systems and SOPs
- Scheduling and accountability processes
- Long-term company growth initiatives
The right person will work directly with ownership to help organize, implement, and maintain these systems.
Responsibilities may include:
- Organizing and documenting company systems
- Assisting with scheduling coordination
- Tracking projects, priorities, and accountability
- Helping implement training processes
- Supporting leadership meetings and follow-up
- Assisting with process improvement
- Helping create operational structure across divisions
- Managing tasks and ensuring completion
- Identifying inefficiencies and helping solve them

Painting experience is NOT required.
Leadership, organization, and execution are more important than industry experience.
