- 10% commission with no earnings cap
- Expected first-year earnings of $150,000 to $200,000 or more

We offer homeowners a proprietary interior door replacement system that avoids the demolition, mess, and inconvenience of traditional remodeling. It is a premium service with very little direct competition in the marketplace, giving our sales consultant a meaningful advantage over representatives selling highly competitive products such as windows, roofing, kitchens, and bathrooms.
Established One Day Doors dealers around the country have demonstrated the income potential of this model. Successful consultants who follow the proven sales process have achieved strong closing rates and substantial six-figure earnings.

Your time will be spent meeting with interested homeowners, presenting our door replacement solution, preparing proposals, following up, and closing sales.
Who We Are Looking For
This is not an entry-level sales position. We are seeking a proven closer with successful in-home sales experience, preferably selling:
- Windows or doors
- Roofing or exterior remodeling
- Kitchens or bathrooms
- Flooring or cabinets
- HVAC
- Other high-ticket home improvement products
The right candidate will have:
- A documented record of success in commission-based sales
- Strong closing and follow-up skills
- The ability to build trust quickly with homeowners
- Professional communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivation, organization, and accountability
- A strong desire to earn a substantial six-figure income
