Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Civil Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support attorneys throughout all phases of civil litigation, ensuring smooth case progression from inception to resolution. Your expertise will help us deliver top-tier legal services by managing case files, conducting legal research, drafting documents, and coordinating client communications with precision and enthusiasm.
Duties
- Assist in preparing and organizing legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence
- Conduct comprehensive legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other research tools to support case strategies
- Manage case files using the Clio document management systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate depositions, court filings, and hearings while maintaining strict adherence to deadlines
- Review and analyze documents for relevance and accuracy during discovery phases
- Draft legal correspondence, summaries, and reports with clarity and professionalism
- Support attorneys with project management tasks related to complex litigation matters across diverse practice areas
Experience
We prefer at least 2 years experience as a paralegal in a civil litigation environment.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
