American Traveler is hiring an RN Medical/Surgical for a 13-week Respiratory Intermediate Care unit position at a Level 1 trauma center, requiring 2+ years of experience and a KS or compact RN license.

Work in the Respiratory Intermediate Care unit within a 39-bed private room medical/surgical/respiratory unit

Located at a Level 1 trauma center campus

Uses Cerner EMR
-
Night shift schedule from 19:00-07:30

Every other weekend required
-
13-week assignment length
-
Active KS or compact RN license required
-
Minimum 2 years of RN experience required

Current BLS certification (AHA) required

NIH Stroke Scale certification required
-
MOAB Moderate Risk de-escalation training required
-
Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start

Current license and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start

Provide medical/surgical and respiratory nursing care to an intermediate care patient population
