Leads technical delivery within the pod. Acts as the primary hands-on architect for AI builds, owns delivery output quality, and mentor technical consultants.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Extensive ITSM / CSM /HRSD and CMDB platform expertise
- Agentic AI with MCP solution design
- REST, MID Server, and spokes-based integrations
- Glide Script and server side scripting
- Flow Design and Automated testing with ATF
BEHAVIOURS:
- Runs technical discovery with customer
- Peer review and mentoring for technical consultants
- Escalation point for delivery blockers
CERTIFICATIONS: CSA · CIS ×3+ · CAD · CTA preferred
Salary Range: $94,000 - $140,000 a year
