$1,000 (full-time)/$500 (part-time) New Employee Bonus over first year of employment. Full-time and part-time positions are available with overtime potential.

$17.00 - $18.30 per hour. Sleep hours are on-site/on-call and are paid a minimum of $12 per hour when not actively providing services. Experience, training, and willingness to accept additional responsibilities determine pay rate.

ISS assists individuals with developmental disabilities to live independently in their homes and communities in Ashland. Assistance is provided with all aspects of daily living skills and varies depending on the needs of each individual served. Hours available Monday - Friday on second and third shift as well as all shifts on weekends.
Experience working with developmental disabilities is not required, however, DSP applicants must:
- be 21 years old or older
- have a caring, positive attitude
- have a high school diploma/GED
- have a valid driver's license
- pass pre-employment background check

Responsibilities of the DSP include:
- Maintain quality of care and provide personal supports to individuals as outlined in each individual service plan
- Assist with community activities including shopping, banking, and recreation;
- Supervise and record the administration of medications
- Facilitate transportation to appointments and community activities
